Important Immocontact updates

After years of a productive partnership between Centris and Tootelo Innovation, we were informed of Centris's decision to remove Immocontact from its offering. While this came as a surprise, our commitment to brokers remains unchanged.

Within the next few weeks (an exact date will be shared shortly), Immocontact will no longer be available through Centris. Rest assured; Immocontact will remain fully accessible directly to brokers and real estate offices, just as it was prior to our partnership with Centris. We will continue to guide and support you to ensure a smooth transition, so you can keep using the platform you know and trust.

Immocontact will remain just as robust, with simple and secure access. In the coming weeks, we will also be rolling out new and innovative features, including:

• Smart buyer's tour to help organise your visits
• AI-powered tools to streamline management and communication
• RCS protocol (secure, enhanced messaging) to optimise communications
• And many more enhancements to follow

These improvements are being developed by our in-house team, recognised for its TI and AI expertise. You may already be familiar with BonsAi, Quebec's very first health AI assistant, created by this same team for Bonjour-santé, a division of Tootelo Innovation. This is the level of expertise being applied to enhance Immocontact.

We will offer a range of flexible, competitively priced plans tailored to the needs of individual brokers and real estate offices. Full details will be shared in due course.
